My friend was recently married, and is applying for AOS from a B-2 visa. She has been issued work permits in the past (past employers). When completing the I-765 should she mark x next to permission to accept employment or renewal of my permission to accept employment? Please advise.

If it marriage based she should check permission to accept employment, even if she has been employed before under non-marriage based circumstances.
