No Interview Letter Yet - Starting to Worry

I've searched the forums and have read all of the info stating that it can take up to 4-6 weeks to receive the interview letter after the Embassy receives the medical and all other items. They have been in posession of everything for 4 weeks now but from all of the recent UK timelines I've looked at, people are almost always receiving their letters within 3 weeks -- many times faster than that. Someone just updated their timeline and had their medical two weeks after my fiance and already have their interview date. Our status on CEAC has been ready and was updated on 2/19 when I assume they received his medical results (medical was 2/16). When is it time to panic? :-/

He tried a week ago and said he never actually was able to get connected to a human but he was told by, I presume, a recording that they wouldn't give him any info until 6 weeks had passed. I'm assuming that would be panic time but I just think it's weird that it seems like everyone is getting their letters much faster.

Call the NVC and ask if an interview date has been set. If it's updated since the medical and notification of readiness were sent, this could be the interview date.

The letter may have gone missing in the post, or any number of things.

Also, there's a contact form you can send to the embassy, might want to use that.

Your timeline isn't up to date, so it's difficult to give information on timeframes from when you sent in the readiness, and completed the medical.

Yeah sorry, I've been bad at updating my timeline.

Readiness form was sent in a week before the medical. Medical was Feb 16. Status updated date on CEAC changed on Feb 19 so I assume that is when they received the medical results. It hasn't changed since. I tried calling the NVC but they no longer offer info on interviews for K1's. They said we have to call the embassy. How can I get to the online form to submit to the embassy? I haven't been able to find that. Thanks!

Call them again, and tell them the embassy don't take calls, be insistant.

It can take up to 6 weeks... so in theory you're still within the timeframe, but... you probably should have heard by now. Try using the form I linked above, and call NVC again.

Also, you may want to use the UK regional form, people with more knowledge of the UK process are likely to see it then. I've asked for it to be moved for you.

Thanks so much. I'm not all that familiar with the forums. Should have looked for the UK regional ones. I've submitted the online form. I'll try to have my fiance call the embassy again too.

NVC have been brilliant when I have called in to ask for interview date, always really friendly and helpful.

Really? I called them twice and each time the recordings made it sound like that was the place to call to get interview dates but then I got someone on the phone and they said I had to call the embassy.

I spoke to the NVC just yesterday morning, I called at 11am the moment they opened and just asked for a status update and asked if they had scheduled the interview and they told me the date/time there and then (after some security checks).

Here's an update for anyone who may come across this thread looking for answers:

I spoke with someone at the NVC and they were great and looked up my case for me even though they don't actually schedule the interviews for the fiance visas. She said there was no interview date yet and seemed surprised. ugh.

I called the embassy and by some miracle was able to get a human on the phone finally. She said they no longer take ANY visa inquiries over the phone and you have to use the online form that Laurajc referenced above. I've done that and will just have to be patient. We have time. Our wedding isn't until July 31 but it's just unsettling when everyone else seems to be getting interviews faster than us.
