I was just wondering if there was any minimum age requirements? My fiance and I have read a lot of forums and we read over the eligibility stuff and we couldn't find anything. All it said was you have to be of legal age to marry in your State. I'm only asking because we are both 19 years old.So far, our paperwork has gone smoothly and our I-129F petition was approved! We're just waiting to hear about our interview. I guess I'm more so wondering if our age will have an affect on our final outcome? I'm really praying it doesn't hold us back from being together.

Your petition would have been denied if you weren't eligible. Panic not and congratulations.

I will not look back on this journey with fond memories, but I will look back knowing that every step was worth it, whatever the outcome.

No, as long as you are legally able to become married.
