one more stupid question, sorry...

want to make sure...

enter alien registration file number... how to properly declare it???

in passport on visa it calls registration number and goes 612345670

on green card it goes USCIS# and look 063-111-720

I saw some examples and they cut of 0 so it looks 63-111-72.... - is this a proper way?

ThankS again!

  1. On the G-325A, under "This form is submitted in connection with an application for": Select "Other" and write beside it "I-130 petition for my alien spouse".

  2. For the address, best to use her own actual address but as long as she can get any mail sent by USCIS or NVC at that address, you can use whatever address you want. Remember, you can always change the address with the USCIS or NVC by calling them once you have the receipt number (USCIS) or case number (NVC).

  3. The alien registration number of A-number is on the Green Card itself and it should be nine digits.

Most of these answers are already on this forum in many places and you should be able to search for them.

Good luck.

Thank You for attention and given info!!!

one more advice needed.

Well my wife is petitioner. She is working at home now, she is a nail technician. So in her g325a in employment section, we declared her previous job and as current have to declare self-employment.

Do we need to add like self-employment at home(or home address) + RudnayaNails(as her "brand")... or just self-employment???

thinking of next steps with TAXes safavids and sponsors... she moved just three months ago so business is slow yet, no taxes and we don't even know how it works:) I plan that my cousins will be a sponsors in docs.

Thanks!!!

Anyone please:)

g325a employment section.

How to declare self-employment. Straight "self-employment" or full way. Like "self-employment at home(or home address) + "Brand label"

TNX!

Under "Full name and address of employer", just write: "Self-employed". Under "Occupation", write: "Nail technician" (or what her occupation is).
