So I sent my aos package today but I think I forgot to send the I 94 for both EAD/AP. Do u think they will deny it or send an RFE? Anything I can do at this point?

Those are not required documents, so no. You will have to file those seperately now if you want them but again not required........

*EDIT. I misread your question. I read as you didn't file for AP/EAD with your AOS. Again no, you should be fine.

When you're adjusting status from a K-1 visa, you do not need to include copies of the I-94 for EAD or AP--You only need it for the I485.
