I don't know if it will affect the petition I filed for my husband. I mailed the I-130 form On march, 2, 2007, and I received the NOA1 on March 7, 2007. I noticed from the NOA1 that my green card# is there. I just got my citizenship 2 months ago. Probably the reason why it's there is that I put my green card # in I130. But I turned in certificate of naturalization and copies of my US Passport. I think they classified me as an immigrant rather a citizen petitioning a spouse. Is it going to be a big problem in the K3 process? Does anyone have any idea?

It will not be a big problem. I'm sure the immigration officers are not little kids. They do get paid by the salary. So, I would think they know. Mistakes do happen in the process because of the high volume of files, but in your case, there won't be any problems.

I'm also a citizen through naturalization and put NONE on the A# for the petitioner. But then on the naturalization section I put the certificate #. I also sent a copy of my nat. certificate and the A# info is right on it. I just hope CSC doesn't get too picky on that kind of thing. Only time will tell.
