If I were to resign from this job before interview is scheduled, how bad am I going to look on the application? 

I think as long as your husband can prove that he has enough income to support you and himself it should be fine.

SO uscis finally updated their processing times... 

 

AS OF DECEMBER 31 2016

 

i-485 PROCESSING CASE AS OF DATE IS JULY 28 2016

 

we're in february, and i'm confused as to why we havent heard or seen anything as of yet.... i wonder if that date is correct because that is one big leap... because i think november 30 2016 they were processing Feb 8th 2016... sooooooooooo I'm not sure if that's accurate...

2021/09/03 RFE received, responded within a day
2021/11/19 Both i130 approved.

Currently waiting for cases to be transferred to NVC

Yea thats crazy 5 months in 1 month?

 

Ok so I called them to tell them of the area and the agent i got was the first helpful one yet.. he was like, "well according to the system it is outside service processing times so I can open a service request for you and they will get back to you in 15 days and if they dont just allow 30 days before making another service request"... so I was like but isnt it an error, he goes maybe they got caught up, or if the system doesnt take it then it means it is an error... we made a service request..
