I just saw someone from Queens in another forum, whose PD was in November 2015 and just completed their AOS from student visa, but I think it doenst matter what status you are adjusting from for the I-485 timeline, right? so about 14 months for this one.

I have some excellent news! Our interview has been scheduled this morning for Feb 27. Thank you for being encouraging my virtual friends- i will continue to pray that everyone gets their schedules soon. Again, it's 10 months 11 days until I received the notice, from PD. Looking at processing times, it is within processing times in relation to getting interviewed, not getting the GC. I will keep you posted and will still be actively checking up on this thread.

Hi all,

 

First of congratulations on @newyorkaos on getting the interview dates.

 

I went to federal plaza for infopass. Of course, nothing new, but wait. The lady said I should hear some news within 30days. She said right now the waiting time for NYC office is at 9months. Hang in there everyone!

i130 (both parents)

2021/06/04 i130 filed online, routed to Nebraska

2021/09/03 RFE received, responded within a day
2021/11/19 Both i130 approved.

Currently waiting for cases to be transferred to NVC

Thank you guys, I will let you know where the interview will be, probably Federal Plaza. 

 

NYC waiting game- that's okay that you went even without anything entirely useful. At least you can say to yourself you did what you can. I think it's moving just a very slow frustrating pace.

Hopefully they'll just look at the spelling on his passport instead of his SS card, I would hate to go back twice!

I had the same issue, they had a typo on my wife's birthdate! Incredibly annoying. We finally got the corrected EAD card and now awaiting interview. We applied way back in May

Mar 5, 2021:  Interview scheduled for April 16, 2021.

Apr 16, 2021:  Interview in Portland, OR. Refused entry to USCIS office due to have traveled abroad in the past 10 days. No interview. However, a few hours after refusal, received notice of approval and card produced!  

Apr 20, 2021:  Card mailed! "On April 20, 2021, we mailed your new card for your Form I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE"

Great ... this is the timeline that I have been working with .. 10 months for NY, but somebody posted that their pd is february 2016 and that they havent heard anything.  I look forward to seeing more of these.

I never suggested that the visa had anything to do with adjusting timeline...

I asked the person that said they received the interview for february so that when the aos is adjudicated I can relate to it as I am not adjusting from K1 or K3...

I applied May 2015. Went to my interview January 2016, everything was fine, she didn't even look at any of our marrige proof, I was even approved on the spot. She said to wait 30 days for green card and here I am a year later NOTHING! I went to a few InfoPass and of course they tell you the same thing "Still processing", made severals SR as well, same answer. I had to renew my EAD card this October and haven't receive anything neither. This is insane, I'm literally loosing all hopes at this point :/
