Just got my interview notice in the mail yesterday as Dec 5 2017.

Any suggestion for the interview would be appreciated!!!

11/25/2016 Married!

12/19/16 Day 1 – Package sent

12/21/16 Day 3 – Package delivered in Chicago

1/4/17 Day 14 – Check cashed ($1070 and $420)

1/5/17 Day 15 – Email receipts number

1/30/17 Day 40 - Biometrics taken

2/2/2017 Day 43 - Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For an Interview

11/2/2017 Day 317 – Received interview notice as Dec 5 2017

12/5/2017 Day 350 - Interview

Hi i am january 20 2017 filler today is my 299 day .. My medical examen was date 01 04 2017 by the time i get my interview ... Looks like is going to be for december and date for january .. Do you think i need to repeated my medical ? Thank you i know you are 2016 foroum but in 2017 foroum i dont have nobody to ask ...

Yessssss....just got the messages that green card is being produced...no interview for my minor kids, this is great news for us. Thank you guys so much for your guidance along the way. For those still waiting your time is coming

Once it hasnt passed one year you would not need to redo the medical exam.

 

If by December 4th you havent received your interview letter, go ahead and get another medical exam because interview letters will be at least 30 days in advance and that would mean your medical exam will be expired by the time you get your interview.

Checking in and saying Hallo!

 

Fiance and I are preparing everything here in Brooklyn and getting married next Monday at City Hall yeah. 

 

AOS from VWP while I have an application for an O1 in the pipeline (we didn't want to get married - oh well, we changed our minds when I came visit during my RFE) 3 times the money spend and double the fun with lawyers. Ugh. 

Anway, I hope we can send it out on the 24th or 25th of November and than waaaait.

12/07/2017 - NOA1's received in the mail

12/15/2017 - Biometrics Appointment letter received scheduled for 12/27/2017

12/22/2017 - Biometrics done I-485 & I-765 via Walk-In Brooklyn (done in under 15 Minutes)

02/14/2018 - Service Request to expedite my EAD put in via Hotline plus contacted my Congressman for help

03/13/2018 - EAD & AP approval Letters in the mail (106 days since filing)

03/15/2018 - EAD/AP Card in the mail <3

Newbie here!!

Filed I-130 and I485 and I765 November 2016, got EAD approved Feb 2017. Interview scheduled and attended on Sept 22, 2017, no feedback yet. Officer said we'd hear from them in the mail but it's been almost over 120days yet no update. Filed a renewal EAD Nov 2017, still waiting. Is this typical? When should I expect to follow-up? Using an attorney who says they won't listen to him except after certain number of days. What to do??

Hey same here.... EAD was approved in March 2017 did interview November 8 2017. Got the same response of waiting till 120 days. About to renew my EAD cause at this moment I’m stressed out

This is really disheartening to learn of.  Sorry You guys are experiencing this.  Have you sought to create an infopass?

I can’t do a infopass till the 120 days has passed. I am at 70 days
