Greice we're in the same situation.... our interview was March 23rd and was mostly radio silence. I called about two weeks ago and was told I would hear back from the case officer in 5 business days.... nothing. I logged onto myUSCIS today and saw there was some update to the case history (see below) but I am not sure what that means..... We have an infopass today, will let you know how it goes!

Apr 16, 2021:  Interview in Portland, OR. Refused entry to USCIS office due to have traveled abroad in the past 10 days. No interview. However, a few hours after refusal, received notice of approval and card produced!  

Apr 20, 2021:  Card mailed! "On April 20, 2021, we mailed your new card for your Form I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE"

Oh goodness!  I hope you get the physical letter in the mail in a day or two.

 

I can't believe how difficult it is for them to send an interview letter or update the status online.... :wacko:

 

Can I ask, did you schedule the info pass appointment just for a checkup because you were worried?  Or was there a different reason for scheduling?

Yes we were concerned that something got lost in the mess that is USCIS NYC.... we got a verbal OK from the office on the spot but then heard nothing back

An entire month after your interview and nothing...Wow :o

So the infopass was pretty useless.... the office told us we need to wait up to 60 days for an update after each interview. She didn't give us any other information! Pretty disappointing but I suppose not surprising.... the wait continues....

Well I did a case inquiry for the I130 in february they claim they responded March 17th, received nothing, also did a case inquiry on the I485 ... and samething...

All the horror stories i've been reading on here made me worry more so I just wanted to be on top of things.. they make it extremely difficult yes...

if they did really send out the mail on wednesday then I should be receiving in on friday.. so *fingers crossed*

Btw I read somewhere that when you go to 2 InfoPass appointments they have some rule that they look at your case to see why you're bothering them that much 😜

Glorious Saturday. I am just waking up and see a text message. I-485 says: New Card is being Produced. Thank god! Time to cancel my InfoPass. Thank you all for the advices and help. Good luck to everyone still waiting! 🎊🎉🍾

08/03/2016 - RFIE was mailed to me

09/07/2016 - "Response to USCIS' request for evidence rec'd; SR for EAD

09/12/2016 - called for an Expedited EAD

09/14/2016 - Received an email saying "Application under review". No supporting documentation sent.

09/27/2016 - Online notification for a 2nd RFIE (? What AGAIN!!!)

10/05/2016 - RFIE Response sent overnight (I pray it's the last one ??)

10/07/2016 - USCIS started working on my case again

10/14/2016 - EAD card went in production, AP approved

10/21/2016 - Received approval by mail for AP (where's my EAD ??)

03/10/2017 - Received an USCIS Letter for interview 

04/13/2017 - Interview at Federal Plaza NYC. No paper, no result

04/29/2017 - Card Production Ordered

05/01/2017 - Case Approved

05/02/2017 - Card was Mailed to Me (called for tracking number next day afternoon 

05/04/2017 - Card in hand 🎊🎉🍾
