Thank you all for the info.

I called last week to see what was going on, you've been more useful than Uscis customer service !

All I learned was that I wasn't denied , I could open a case inquiry and that it takes 9 months to get an interview in NYC. Nobody could tell me if the lack of update was normal or not.Thats all I was wondering about.

Hi ... When you send you AOS packet ??  I send mine in january... And nothing update so far about my ead.. ?

I sent mine on December 10th , with a Priority Date of December 13th. Did my bio on January 18th.

It was 8 days for me. Approved on Wed night and got the card on Thursday the following week.

Wow congrats!!! Hardly ever heard NYC office get approved on the spot.

i130 (both parents)

2021/06/04 i130 filed online, routed to Nebraska

2021/09/03 RFE received, responded within a day
2021/11/19 Both i130 approved.

Currently waiting for cases to be transferred to NVC

Thanks, did your I-130 ever change? My case status online became card produced- then case approved around 7pm. I know it may be an unnecessary worry but the I-130 remains at case received. is that normal?
