both.  you would definitely get the mail, the letter in the mail is more important because it has all the instructions and all the documents that are required of you and you need that letter to show the officer when you enter the building and when you check in for the interview.

My interview was the day before yours. May 30th, they sent the card on Friday, June 2nd.  So it should be in the mail maybe today or tomorrow :D

:) we're done until 2019.  I got my card today in the mail... they said they mailed it friday, but they actually mailed it on Monday.. :) 

expires May 30th 2019.... so see you guys february 2019 for those who have to lift the conditions.. otherwise Congrats and wish you all blessings on your journey :)

Infopass Appointment (no movement on case since September) - 4/3/17 - No apt # in notice sent out in February (we never received this letter), told we will be rescheduled manually

EAD renewal approved and mailed out - 04/20/17

New interview notice received - 5/4/17

We got our interview notice!  It hasn't come in the mail yet.  But I did get an email and the online status has updated as well.

 

Interview is on July 14th

 

Very happy the NYC office is going about on schedule (maybe even slightly ahead of schedule)

 

Another note, I called USCIS last week and we were told our case was at the field office.  I didn't want to get my hopes up then since I don't fully trust what the call center folks say.  But this time they got it right!
