We Was juste Wondering how much Time it's take in California Center the Process , and if We Will go to an interview too !!!because We read Somewher in VJ that Some people Got approved Without interview And thanks For advices ...

Has your application been transferred to CSC? We were approved without interview about 3 months after being transferred to CSC. But the amount of time can vary greatly, depending on how long the name check takes.

Yep! application been transferred to CSC But We Did not hear nothing About EAD untill Today ...i Was juste Wondering how much time It takes because i read here that Some people get approved after one Week them Case been sent to CSC

Yes, some people are very lucky and get approved immediately after their transfer. But others wait months and months for name checks to complete. There are no guarantees. Wishing you a speedy approval!

Hi guys,

Got an email today from USCIS that said they send my case to California Center, is it a good thing??

I'm kind of lost right now, lol

Also, i filled for EAD at the same time, and since my biometric appointment (feb 14th) i heard nothing about it. i'm getting worried cause i need to get a job, wonder when i'll be approve for that. and i don't understand the timeline on USCIS website....

anyway, if you guys can give tips on that

ne T'inquiet pas par ce que on es sur le meme bateau aparament on as recu hier soir un email de la part de USCIS qui dit Que notre dossier a etais Envoyer a California et j'ai lu Que certain member on etais approver apres une semaine juste et entre autres apres des mois mais ca depond toujours a ton nom check par FBI ....Si tu garde Espoire Comme on le font Tous tu auras de tres bonne Resultat bientot ....je notifie que j'en es Aussi pas encors recu mon EAD pour commencer a travailler et regarde mon Timetable Que j'ai une Ma biometric le 28 fevrier donc Ca demmande un peut du temps et de la patience Aussi ....
