Hi everyone, hope you could help me in my problem.

I had a problem regarding on the time of my visa status. I was interviewed last March 10,2016 and during the worst interview with the consul CO said that she cannot issue me a visa coz they need further review of my case coz my fiancée didn't disclose all the information they needed (undisclosed marriage) and she told me to proceed to step 5. In the step 5, the staff there told me that my case is in administrative process/ review and I just need to wait for a letter of instruction from the embassy for what I will do next and told me that I can go home.

When I got home after the interview , I checked my email and they sent me this:

Dear My name:

I also checked the ceac site for my visa status and it was administrative review during the day.

A day after I checked again my visa status in ceac and it is now READY your case is open

I keep on updating til' now but is it still ready for 3 working days now.

My fiancée got the documents that they needed but I never received any letter from the embassy for instructions.

Do we still need to wait for that instruction letter? For how long? And how long does my status stay on READY? because it was said that we can check an update status after 2 working days but it is the third day now and the status didn't change. By the way my passport was in the embassy. Do you think they will deny us due to the missing information on the petitioner's form which is undisclosed marriage? Please help enlightened my mind. Thank u so much.

You are not yet denied that is the assurance. Good for you, there some cases I have read that was denied and papers were returned to USCIS due to undisclosed previous marriages.

Do we still need to wait for that instruction letter? For how long? - YES, without the instruction / missing docs to be submitted there was nothing you can comply with.

Good evening sis. I had a question about my visa pocket that was sent to me together with my passport. I am worried coz I opened the small plastic that covered the visa pocket. I forgot if where is the passport bein place? Is it in the inside the small plastic that also covers the visa pocket or outside it? Since there is big plastic from 2go. Huhuhuhu.. I got amnesia. Because the warning notice alarms me here

You can open the plastic wrap and get your passport.

Just dont open the sealed brown envelop with cut on one edge.
