I've looked on petition... It states two addresses.. One in Dallas, TX and other in Lewisville, TX.. We're not sure which one... Dallas says United States Postal service... Other says also but express... Do we send express or just regular United States Postal service... Please we're not sure where to send petition..

Depends are you going to send it normal POSTAL SERVICE or use an EXPRESS service like UPS, FEDEX? Send it to the one in the way you're sending it. One is a P.O. so obvisously you wouldn't send a package that needed signed to that. Don't overcomplicate this.

If you send it regular mail, then use that address. If you send it express, use the other.
