hello ?

I'm having my dad as a joint sponsor to support my husband. He and my mom are filing their taxes together so does my mom needs to fill out the I-864 too?

It would be a good idea for her to include an I-864a if she makes any income.

Yes. You will need an I-864 for the petitioner, an I-864 for the joint sponsor and an I-864a for the joint sponsor's I-864 plus all documentation.
