Hey people,

So i am new to this site and i have a problem that i'd like some help :crying:

My fiancee is a us citizen and we are planning to apply for the k1 visa, we have been together for 2 years and 8months, but what troubles us is the affidavit of support, she is 18 with no job where as the affidavit of support requires some income, so her Mom decided to sponsor us(co-sponsor) and she meets the income requirements perfectly so is the joint sponsor sufficient for me to get the visa? Is there any other solution??

Thanks a lot for answering

Most embassies/consulates will accept a joint sponsor for a K1 petition. Where will you be interviewing?

The petitioner will submit an affidavit of support as well regardless of income.

Thank you so much for answering, I am going to have an interview in France, so during the interview do I have to present the affidavit of support from my fiancé and her mom??
