Okay so my interview is April 19th 2016

On our letter in the interview reminders it states things like applicant may need a new police certificate etc etc and then it states bring updated federal income tax information to interview. This isn't on my checklist and I don't have 2015 taxes yet from my husband or co sponsor. Should I just take 2014 taxes?

Also on our checklist we have the letter U for photograph. But I did send in my passport photos to the NVC. Should I call them?

No just bring your passport pics to interview. You have interview. Just prepare for medical an interview. Forget NVC. I mean if you call them and they say they didn't get them then what. :goofy:

What about taxes. I only have 2014 transcripts atm will they be sufficient as my interview is one day after the cut off date.

Sponsor's Federal income tax returns for the most recent tax year:

(i) Each sponsor must submit with Form I-864 a photocopy or Internal Revenue Service (IRS)-generated transcript of the most recent income tax return that the sponsor had filed prior to the time of the AOS signing. A person may obtain a free IRS-generated transcript by filing IRS Form 4506-T (Form IRS-4506-T), Request for Transcript of Tax Return. Ordinarily, the sponsor's signature on Form I-864 is sufficient to qualify the photocopy or transcript as a "certified" copy. In those cases where you question the submitted tax return or transcript, you may require the sponsor to submit an IRS-certified copy of the tax return.

Part f(1)(a)(i)

What date did the sponsor sign the affidavit of support? What tax year was the most recent at the time they signed?
