birth cert for i485 understanding

Hope all is well

Continuing my research with other resoucres such as this site included , the birth cert requirement for the i485 , it seems alot of filers are getting RFE becuase when they filed they didnt include the npc cert they got, but instead used age attestation letter

can someone whose already finished this process confirm what was included to for this i485 process? would an age of declaration and npc cert be solid?

The age attestament is given to NPC they give it all back with their certificate official stamp. You get the Age attestament and a NPC birth certificate.

the age attestament is filled out at the npc ?ill make sure she photocopies the age attestament and npc cert!

also my future fiance was born in 1990 , is there any issue with that relating to the age attestament or npc cert?
