myUSCIS Case Status - Cannot create account

Anybody had any trouble recently creating an account? I've been trying to create an account since yesterday and have used different browsers such as Chrome, Internet Explorer and FireFox - nothing has worked.

It seems to be a webpage error but thought I'd put this out there in case there's something I don't know.

The error says:

Validation error

You must correct the following error before proceeding:

ERROR Resource key "204205"....

Attached is a screenshot of the error.

Anybody have any idea? I tried calling but rep just said she basically didn't know and couldn't help me because it sounded like website related.

Two things i can suggest - i will work

1) delete all the browser cookies and history and than try it

second option

2) simply change the browser to create the account. different browsers have different encryption level which block/release certain content.

No luck, same error message still.

I've tried 3 browsers including Chrome, IE and FireFox. Tried deleting all cache/history, adding url to trusted sites, adding to allow popups, adding to compatibility view and nothing :/

I'm out of ideas and google search doesn't come up with anything useful.

I have Kaspersky Internet Security... you think it could be interfering with the data transmission? I can try disabling it and attempt to create the account again.

UPDATE: I was FINALLY able to create the account on myUSCIS.

Guess what the whole error was... they SURE don't make it user-friendly at all and they COULD have put a little pop-up note just like on the User ID and Password sections.

I was entering my phone number using the full format with the 1... as in 1-323-555-2222 BUT apparently their system only wanted the 10 digit format without the "1" :rofl:

I'm SOOOO glad I did it because my email and mobile/text alerts were turned OFF! I just turned them on, so I'm ready for NOA2 notification now... Coooome on NOA2, come to momma! hahaha
