Affidavit of Support - own income enough. Need family income?

I am preparing the Affidavits of Support for my parents' IVs. I have two kids and husband. We file taxes jointly. My income alone is enough to qualify for 6 people (4 people in my family plus 2 parents). Do I need to include our adjusted gross income from Form 1040, or just my individual income, as listed on W-2?

For current annual household income (Part 6/Question 15), you would put your individual income.

But, for Question 19, you would need to list exactly what's on your tax return -- total income line from Form 1040

Also, just a note, if your parents are immigrating at the same time as in, they have concurrent petitions, you don't have to list mom on dad's I864 and vice versa. Meaning, you can list a total of 5 people on each parent's I864.

Household size is calculated by including yourself, your spouse and your dependent unmarried children under the age of 21 years.

And don't count anyone TWICE . Just like teeak suggested
