Hi guys! I will be petitioning my kids and I need help on the things we'll be needing. They don't qualify for the CRBA. So far here's our list:

I-130

Birth certificate of petitioner and beneficiary

G-325A of petitioner and beneficiary

My CRBA

My license and social security card

Petitioners US passport and my son's filipino pasaport( do I need a copy of the back or just the front?)

Baptismal certificate of my son

Pictures of petitioner and beneficiary

Can I submit more documents as proof of relationship? Like:

Philhealth members data record which have their names as my kids?

Where do I attach the passport photos?

Thank you everyone!

I'm not sure about your situation but you haven't mentioned anything about your illegibility to file DCF?

Since I petitioned my wife, I'm not sure the difference for kids?

The pictures you just give them loose.

My name (petitioner) on my wife's Philhealth policy was helpful.

Hi! I've been back in Manila since October 2014. Did you photocopy the back part of your passport too? What about the proof of re establishing domicile?Did you submit also?

You have to have been in the country for at least 6mths to file DCF.

I heard different things about a temporary visitor visa that's been extended, from okay to no go?

Yes you'll have to provide proof of a US domicile and intent to return to the US but that comes later, not on the I-130

I was actually born and raised in Manila. I just became a US citizen last 2006. I've been going back and forth..

Sorry but I have no experience with that so I don't think I can help you.

If you're not far from the embassy the I-130 isn't very hard to fill out and since you're a US citizen the waiting time to submit it isn't very long. It took us about an hour. The woman at the counter will help you out with what you need and if she doesn't except your I-130 you don't have to pay the $420.

I guess your a dual citizen so maybe search other posts for "DCF DC" or make another thread "I-130 for dual citizen" or something like that..

Good luck to you!
