We were asked to provide evidence of bona fide marriage for an RFE.

We literally only have wedding photos/post-wedding photos and joint bank account documentation. Not sure what else we could provide? Is this enough?

We don't have joint auto insurance because my spouse doesn't have an EAD/GC yet and the DMV won't allow without either of the two. We still live with my parents, so no joint bills...

Do you have phone bills jointly, or have you received cards or other mail addressed to the both of you? Even getting things like a joint membership to Costco, or a fitness center works. Also, did you file taxes jointly for 2015? I assume you did since your timeline shows you filed the AOS in December. Of course with a K1 marriage, many people do not have everything, but send in whatever shows you are married.

How about life insurance or joint health insurance? Probably also one of the biggest ones is a will, which you can draw up easily on legalzoom etc.

Yes, I suppose we could include a copy of joint tax return. Would personal addressed cards work as well? Doesn't have to come be professionally addressed?

We don't have any bills or rent together because there's no work permit yet! Lol

Joint tax returns are some of the best pieces of relationship evidence for the USCIS. Those will be important for ROC later too. That, along with your joint bank account and wedding photos should be enough for a K-1. Also, personal mail works, especially if addressed to you both at the same address.
