need help to submit all document to NVC by the end of March

My father sponsored my sister who is married and has one son 12 years ago.

The case was approved in 2014 and AOS anf IV4 fee was paid but the attorney he hired notified to prepare the document just June 2015.

7 months passed until my sister decided to come to US since then.

The attorney told my sister last week, AOS and IV4 fee previously paid is not expired and I paid last week again. Due to many issue with the attorney my sister was experiencing, we decided to remove the attorney from the case.

This attorney told us this case needs to be reviewed by NVC by the end of the March because my sister's son. His DOB is May 1994. Per the attorney, his case will change in April since he will be over 21. He said my sister's son is in the credited period till the end of the March.

My fee is still in process and I have documents translated but the original documents are on the way to me through mail now.

Questions now.

1. I still believe what the attorney said without knowing the truth. If so, does the case have to be reviewed by the end of the march? or is it good enough to just send all documents by the end of the March?

2. Where would the March deadline come from?

3. Can I send the photocopies of the documents? I read the posting and lots of them said original was sent to be safe. if photocopy is okay, I got the scanned documents that i can send as soon as AOS/IV4 are in paid status. I will get them notorize at least.

4. My sister's husband is not coming. They are separated but not divorced. Do I have to explain somehow why her husband is not coming?

5. When my father submitted petition, he mis spelled my sister's middle name. I sent e-mail to NVC to correct but didn't get any response about it. The correct name is YEON but spelled as YUN...Is it okay to submit all document as YEON .I don't seem to have the name corrected by the end of the March.

6. From NVC web site, I found this document to be submitted. Not sure if this is really needed. I attached. it's titled List of Visa Applicant’s Children, Supplement to OF-230. and it appears consular office must be signed. this will slow down the process to collect the document. Any experience anybody? is it really needed?

I know I have a lots of questions but I just took over to handle from the attorney myself and lots of things to learn in short period of time.
