Form I-751 Help

Hi everyone,

I recently received a letter stating that I had to fill in form I-751. I originally came to America on a K-1 Fiance visa. When I filed for my green card, I had my fingerprints taken etc. Am I right in thinking that I have to get them all done again and I have to pay the $85 fee for the biometrics?

Also I don't know if anyone knows, but are you allowed to travel outside the U.S. while all this gets processed? My 2 year green card will expire at the end of next month.

Also, will I get something in the mail stating that I am allowed to stay in the U.S. while this gets processed because I know that it could take 4-12 months to process everything.

Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum. You are a bit late for the ROC party, start collecting your evidence as mentioned in the provided links. You need to send in your petition prior to the expiration of your 2-year conditional GC. Review forum threads for great answers to your other questions.
