As I noted earlier to you, YOU DON'T NEED IT!

You are burning daylight!! Time to ROCK n ROLL!

Take a couple copies of the NVC letter to St. Luke's and get the medical done. Pre-register as it saves time the first morning. Info in the link in my signature.

Hi hank, am making my profile already on the site, on the priority date what do i put there?

The PRIORITY date is the received date on the NOA1 from USCIS. Reality is the priority date is not used with the K-1 visa so you can use ANY date...

Arizona does the same thing. My wife started using her married name on all documents after we were married, which included the I-485 We had no issue with USCIS regarding the name.

The marriage certificate lists both you and your husband's name. Did you get it recorded with the county where you were married? Did you get certified copies? Did you send a certified copy initially when filing AOS?

Sorry for all the questions... just trying to get some clarification here.

:)

I find the RFE strangely confusing. I don't have an easy answer for you except to try contacting USCIS to get a clarification
