I submitted the 129f petition in late December, but was notified by my fiance that the name on her birth certificate was spelled wrong (a typo), when she went to get her passport she found out... grrrr.. I think the application was filled out properly and complete, but it is with one letter on the last name

wrong.. She has since applied for a name change, to the correct spelling, and has gotten a passport with the wrong name at this point..... I do not

know our best option to get this right, and as quickly as possible... Can i call the USCIS, and cancel the petition, and send another packet, with

her current legal name? or possibly wait for the legal name change? ,hmmm,, anyway, i dont see an easy or quick way for this to go, it is a 110 day wait in Texas service center for them to look over the packet, and they have not gotten to mine yet... Any advice would be Greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks , Brian
