Hi. It's a requirement in the f2b category to bring a cenomar (certificate of no marriage) during the interview. However, I would like to know if a cenmar (certificate of marriage) with annulment papers would suffice for this requirement?

hi. i believe the answer to ur question is that your petition from your parents has been null and void. correct me if i'm wrong but an f2b recipient can not marry anytime while under petition and before being admitted into the US. once you are admitted in the US as permanent resident, then and only then you can marry. even if you are annulled now, you were at some point during the petition process was married. may be someone else here can put their insight into your situation but i believe your petition is now toasted. good luck!
