538 gives Trump 90% chance on Florida, so you can stick a fork in that state. They gave Shillary a 99% on michigan, though--but so did everyone else, and that was a massive surprise. But, safe money on Trump for Florida.

538 gives Kasich 78%, Trump 21%, so safe money is on him not getting Ohio.

538 favors trump in the other three states, marginally in missouri and substantially in the other two.

Some people supporting Trump/Cruz believe the republican establishment would prefer a hillary win to a trump or cruz win and I don't think this is true conspiracy theory territory. The establishment hates outsides rising above their assigned station.

People say Trump only has 44% of delegates so far, but this is late for four contenders to still be dividing votes. Also, the huge bulk of delegates to date have been proportional, whereas starting tomorrow I believe the majority are winner take all. Winner take all favors the guy out in front to accelerate away from the rest.

That politico article is good. But, ultimately, if Trump goes into the convention well ahead of any second place and he ends up not getting the nod all people will care about is that the king makers screwed them again. At that point the proper thing to do is not be complicit in the system, and sit the election out.

Good observation. The Establishment will almost certainly move in to isolate Trump & Cruz, and might even try to pick someone about whom the people didn't get a say. If that happens, say hello to President Hillary.

That's fair, but Trump is bad for republicans either way. If he becomes president I do suspect he'll be quite bad. But, if he is essentially nominated by the people but the establishment says sorry guys hope you had fun voting but we don't care and put somebody else in, they'll be the party that sold out their electorate.

Contrast Mr Trump’s promise of strong leadership and “winning big” with the timid incrementalism of Hillary Clinton’s platform. She promises to finesse the gains of Mr Obama’s first two terms. Mr Trump vows to change the rules of the game entirely.

This is why nobody is excited about a hillary presidency. I can't even imagine blacks who overwhelmingly support her are excited for any great change in their status. They didn't get one with Obama, she won't give it, either. Back to the point though, what I was referring to earlier is that I have no problem with Trump not wanting to take money from Jews because as he said, he does not need it. However, what he did not say that Farrakhan did was this:

“Any time a man can say to those who control the politics of America, ‘I don’t want your money,’ that means you can’t control me. And they can’t afford to give up control of the presidents of the United States.”

That's not Farrakhan "supporting" Trump. No one can argue they really have a whole lot in common. That's just Farrakhan being himself and using every opportunity he has to bash Jewish people. To twist that into endorsing Trump is ridiculous.

The reason I brought up Bernanke and Greenspan is because I truly believe when the dust settles and when people realize that the mistakes they made caused a huge crisis, once the consequences of those mistakes are clear which they are not today, there will be some who will blame all Jews for it(being those two happen to be Jewish - not something to be proud of if you ask my opinion). I can just see it now - "The jews control the economy, they caused the crisis". Yippie, I can't wait.

Farrakhan and Duke are just flies circling the manure pile, the pile was made by Trump and he needs to clean it up.

The very reason I am getting up on my back legs to protest the bigotry and hatred that surrounds the wake of the Trump campaign is to shut down the prejudice and intolerance that you talk about. We are better than that thinking in this country. I will not let my country go back to the dark ages without a fight.
