Hello!

i am not sure if i am posting this in the correct section or if anyone can help with this, but im going to give it a shot!

My husband and I got married on the 22nd of Feb 2016 and we have started filling out the forms for AOS and 6 others. We have completed the medical paperwork and it is sealed and ready to go, but i have questions about the other forms. I am extremely overwhelmed with the process of completing the paperwork while going to uni and working, so I am very confused on a few things.

I have already filled out the forms but i am curious as to what needs to be filed with them? as in what copies of documents needs to go with each form?

I have called the USCIS multiple times and gone to the website, but it is so very confusing.

I am not sure what documents to send with the paperworks im filing.

I am filing ;;

i485

i130

i864

i864a

i765

and two g325. I know one goes with the i130 and then another for my husband.

but i am not sure as to what to send with the papers. Which documents.

I know i need proof of taxes (copy of the IRS form) for the i864a from my father since he is going to be the household support, and proof of our relationship, so while i send my birth certificate copy it will have the proof, then proof of residence and that we live together. i figured we would send both of our drivers licenses copies since the address' are the same. then proof of my fathers citizenship (passport copy).

i know i need to send all of these in, but when i put all the papers together to send how do i divide them up?

Which copy should go with which form? and what else should i be providing for other forms?

----My husband came to the USA on an ESTA visa, and we were married under that(we didn't plan to get married during the visit, just happened.) He didn't come on a K-1 or such.

if anyone could please help, i would appreciate it. we have been working on the paperwork for a few weeks now and i am completely stuck.

thanks in advance :wub:
