Hi everyone! I will be petitioning my husband and kids, in section 7 where it asks for supplement income of petitioner, what will I put if me and my husband have a joint account? Will I split it in half since I will also be putting the amount on the section asking for the sponsored immigrant's savings account?

hi

if your income is more than enough, then you don't need to fill out that section, it's optional and only used if your income isn't enough to cover your spouse

Hi! I've been unemployed for 5 years so I don't have an income.

We will rely on our sponsors and our savings for the i-864 :)

hi

if you will have a joint sponsor, then you don't need to fill it out, that's why you are getting a joint sponsor to cover your husband and kids

you can get more than one joint sponsor, since they are separate petitions

also, if you are a USC, do your children qualify to be USC as well?

the savings has to be 3 times or 5 times (I can't remember the amount needed)

if you have joint sponsor because your assets to do not cover, then do not bother inputting any assets. That section is optional to begin with and if it's not helping you, adding the information is useless towards the case.
