Hi everyone, i am a naturalized US citizen, i am currenly not working right now because i have a little boy, but my american husband do,,,,

*can i still petition my mom?

*Later on if they will ask "affidavit of support (financial documents)", how will i do that?

*samples of financial documents

*collect supporting documents, what are those?

Please help,,,, thanks you

yes

you can count your husband's income in your household income, or you can find a joint sponsor

I am not sure what you mean by these

Read through the guide here on VJ and look at the sample documents. That should help you to understand the process.

If you are unsure of what some of the terms mean, read through it with your spouse.
