Hey folks

Sorry for posting this same question again, but i first posted it on a wrong forum

So everybody forgive me

I do have a quick question my adjustment of status case which has been return for review, after uscis did received all the initial evidence reguested from us,

So my question is

How long does it take for the case to be done for review and after review is the NVC or USCIS going to make a decision on the case or how long does it take for uscis to make a decision for adjustment of status for a green card?

I do have my EAD first week of Febuary this year but still waiting for my Green Card but all i can see is case sent for review 02/18/2016

Any idea suggestion or advice are wellcome and will be appreciate

Thanks

Can take several more months depending on if your case stays at Nvc or sent to your local uscis office

My status hasn't changed since they recieved my rfe and that was Nov 2 nd 2016. My local office (denver) is currently processong applications from feb 2015 estimate ( i filed Aos Sept 2015) my green card interview if there is one to be NOv 2016. It's luck and the area your in.

Should be rfe received nov 2015

You did not post in the wrong forum the first couple times you have posted this already. The AOS progress forum was the correct place for case status questions.

The USCIS is who you apply for adjustment of status with. You are not applying for a visa, so the NVC has nothing to do with your case.

You can check the timelines of those that filed at the same time as you, to get an idea of how long people are waiting.

~ Moved from AOS from Family Based main forum to Progress Reports sub-forum - topic is case status ~
