Hey everyone!

My family's visa's (K1 & 3-K2's) have been in AP#2 (non-immigrant) for 10 days now. I have inquired a couple of times and they just tell me to keep checking and that after 60 days past the interview date (Feb 8), I can actually inquire to see if there is a problem. We were approved at the interview, no additional documents were requested, and we were told 2-3 weeks for the visas to be ready.

My fiance is getting anxious, but I dont know what else I can do. Any thoughts on why it might be taking to long?

He says he knows people that had their interview after us, and are already in America. We're being patient and understand that they'll be ready when they're ready, but if there could be a problem, I'd like to be proactive.

Thank you!

I'm in the same boat! We had our interview February 16. No problems, no additional information needed. And now....25 days later....we are still waiting. Some days patiently and some days not. It's miserable. I know how you feel.

My date is updated to today too. That's a good sign I guess.

We're still in AP#2. Our interview was Feb 8. I made some phone calls and email inquiries yesterday. Its impossible to speak with a real live person. Everything just says to keep checking, and that we must wait at least 60 days from date of Interview to make inquires.

My fiance is getting antsy believing there is something wrong because he knows people that had interviews after us and are already here in the States.

I dont know what else to do but check and wait, check and wait, until it changes.

Nothing on my end, cmhernandez's man went somewhere and had to swear for his son, they said their case is closed and will have his passport Wednesday. I'm still sitting here in despair
