Hello,
Background Info:
My mother entered the US three years ago on her B1/B2 Visa coming from Syria to visit me, later due to the conditions that happened in Syria, she couldn't return back, and then she applied for her fist TPS on November 2013, then she got the first renewal on November 2015.
I was planning to petition for her, but my tax income wasn't enough, but this year i can petition for her.
I know that i can submit both I-130 & I-485 at the same time, but I need the exact list that needs to be submitted...
here is my compiled list so far:

1. Cover Letter
2. G-1145 – [E-Notification of Petition]
3. Filing fee of $420.00 stapled on Form I-130.
4. I-130 – [Petition for Alien Relative]
5. Filing fee of $1070 stapled on I-485.
6. I-485 – [Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status]
7. I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record.
8. I-131 Application for Travel Document [do i need to fill this?]
9. Copies of Naturalization Certificate & US Passport of Petitioner.
10. Copies of Passport, Visa, and I-94 of Applicant.
11. Birth Certificate documents of Applicant
12. Copy of Marriage Certificate of Applicant [i don't have this, my is old and we can't get this]
13. Form I-864 – Affidavit of Support
SCHEDULE C (Form 1040) [anything else]
Can Anyone who done the the same thing help me out and correct my list?
Many thanks

8. We never know if your mom has to travel so why not?

9. Either one, no need to overkill. Copy of biographical page of USC is enough.

11. Copy of your birth certificate as well to establish relationship, this goes with I-130. Your mom's birth certificate is needed for G325A too.

12. I don't think you need it unless you are sponsoring your dad also. You are petitioner, not applicant. I-130 is your part, I-485 is your mom's. You need to distinguish applicant and petitioner.

13. You need tax return transcripts and income proofs, 1040 C self employed form alone will result in RFE. You need pay stubs, self employed ledgers, deposit forms... So tax transcripts are best way to support for I-864.

You need to read I-130, I-485 instructions carefully, you are missing some of important information here. Good luck.
