Does anyone know if I can pay the IV fees right after I submitted the Choice of Agent? The website says wait 15 days, but has anyone done it otherwise? Thank you.

Updated my mom's timeline:

02-17-16: Application sent to Chicago

02-23-16: Received official receipt Notice (Form I-797) - NOA1

03-12-16 Received email/text that petition was approved and that they are mailing the notice to me.

03-17-16 Received approval notice - NOA2

04-08-16 Received email from NVC

04-24-16 Submitted DS-261 (Choose an Agent) online

I think you have to pay the AOS first. After completing the Choice of Agent, pay the AOS then wait for 2 days until it says Paid.

Just an update. I sent civil docs and AOS to nvc last May 5, and they received it may 7. So I'm just waiting for my case to complete and schedule for interview. How about yours?

I already filled out the below forms and I am in the process of getting them signed by my parents

Also in addition what documents are required by us to send to USCIS with this petition? As I was reading if my parents have valid passport then birth certificate is not required. My parents don't have their birth certificates. Please advice

Yes you just need the form i130. And G1145 form as an optional. Please do include birth certificate of your parents and marriage certificate as well and yours too. Proof of citizenship also.

You could fill it out for her for as long as you know all her information. Or FaceTime her while filling out the form so you could check if you have the right answer. I did my moms ds230.

In the part of the DS-260 where it asks if you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. Law...what documentation is needed? and where can I find what vaccinations are required?
