Is the NOA1 the Receipt? and the NOA2 the approval from USCIS? Or is the NOA1 the approval from USCIS saying that they are forwarding it to NVC?

Dhevie, Did you submit passport ID, birth certificate and NBI clearance of your dad to NVC?

They will send you a letter NVC welcome letter were CASE NUMBER and INVOICE NUMBER is listed, as well with the list of required documents to submit, You will need the said INVOICE number and CASE NUMBER to access The NVC.STATE.GOV, Regarding to what i submitted for my dad, its all listed at this website. https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/immigrant-process/documents/Supporting_documents.html, I'm not able to submit the NBI clearance since this is not required, instead a police clearance. I dont have available at that time so did put Not available.

Is the NOA1 the Receipt? and the NOA2 the approval from USCIS? Or is the NOA1 the approval from USCIS saying that they are forwarding it to NVC?

NOA2 is the letter stating that your petition is Approved and petition will be forwarded to NVC.

you can download the APP USCIS were you can monitor the status of your case.

Hello everyone, just curious because I have read the instructions to fill out to request parents and I am confused on what else should I be sending with the form I-130? Should I sent already birth certificates etc? Or just the application?

Hi tatan,

Send a completed and signed form i130, your birth certificate, copy of your passport or citizenship certificate, your marriage certificate of you are married, your parents birth certificate, their marriage certificate. That's it I think.
