i have a small business( car dealership) here in us with 5 employee . i like to bring my cousin and her husband to us. they own big jewelry store back home . can i add their name to my business as shareholder 50% and apply for visa ? if yes what kind of visa?? , if no what is a best way to bring them here??. they are smart and have enough money to support.

EB5 is the visa.

The $500,000 has lots of limitations, the regular one with a minimum of $1m sounds a better bet for their situation. They will need to show the money trail.

If we are talking about Iran I think they also need a OFAC license.

EB5 is the visa.

If we are talking about Iran I think they also need a OFAC license.

How about the E-2 visa? Wouldn't that require less than $500,000? Just wondering about the difference other than the investment amount.
