My boyfriend and I are preparing to file.

Short briefing about our situation

I'm 24, he's 23. He is a UK citizen. Lived in the US since the age of 8. We started dating in the Spring of 2012 and have been dating ever since. In Jan of 2014, he traveled back overseas to pursue a soccer career. In Aug of 2014, I traveled to be with him in Germany for 3 months. Then he traveled home for Christmas in Decemeber of 2014, departing again for Germany in January of 2015. In May of 2015, he traveled to the US and we announced my pregnancy to our friends and family with a picture via Facebook. He was here throughout the summer until Aug 9, 2015 when his 90 day visitor visa ran out. During this time he attend our baby shower and we have a picture and invitation from. On September 2 our son was born. He traveled back here to the US on September 6th to be with us. We have pictures of us and our son. He left again 2 weeks later. Returned on Nov 1st then left again in Janary 2016.

I have read to make the evidence of your meeting as simple as possible.

Okay, now for my question....

If we scanned the passport pages for where he entered, and then showed a photo to document that encounter would that be enough?

For example..

He flew in May 2015, we reference that stamp and our pregnancy announcement.

A photo of us at our baby shower and a copy of our baby shower invitation to show date.

He flew in Sep 6, 2015, our sons birth certificate and a picture of the 3 of us with my son as a newborn.

And then where he was here in November-Jan and pictures.

Would that be enough or would we need more?

I got approved with:

Entry stamps USA in my passport.

I-94's

bank statement (both of us) highlighted the items that matched my visit.

And that was it (I hate photo's so there weren't any).

You might want to include something showing you both are the parents (kind of hard to not have met for that one)

That sounds good, we also added receipts of gifts to each other, and copies of chat/call records, screen shots of conversations. But that is more for relationship proof. For evidence of having met with those pictures you mention, make sure you state when and where it was taken. And add pictures with other people so it's not just you and him in all of them.

I think you have plenty.

A baby is quite a good way of showing that you've met in person ;)

We just provided scans of passport stamps and boarding passes showing my trips to USA, and my fiancees trips to the UK. We provides around 5 or 6 photos of us together, including one that was taken at a tourist attraction with their branding on it, and a date.

UK is a low fraud country, and its on VWP so I imagine the bar is a little lower. At this point you're only trying to show that you've met in person within the 2 years prior to sending the petition, and I think you have plenty of evidence to show that (difficult to think of much more you could provide).
