Moving to another state while in immigraton process ...

Hello Everyone. I have a few questions regarding removing conditions on conditional green card based on marriage . It’s almost time for me to send i-751 form , but my husband ,our 8 month son and I are currently in the process of moving to another state . We are moving next week , and my i-751 package should be sent on April 1st . This would be our third time moving since I came here , but first time moving from one state to another . When we moved first time I changed the address on USCIS site the same day , but second time when we moved I forgot to do it so i changed the address few months later . I had high risk pregnancy and delivery so I completely forgot on this whole immigration process , and my obligation as a condition resident to change address . So my first question - Can moving to another state affect my immigration process ?

2- I realize now that I should report change of address within 10 days , but as I said earlier in the post I had health issues and changed my address at USCIS site was the last thing on my mind at that time . Is there possibility that this changing address might effect on removing conditions on my green card , or even revoke my green card ?

3 - Do I need to send original documents or copies ? For example my son’s birth certificate -should I send original or copy ?

4 - Does affidavit of two people stating our marriage is bonafide needs to be notarized ?

Thank you all for your responses .

1. No.

2. No.

3. Please check out the instructions to the I-751 form at USCIS.gov/forms. It answers this and many other questions you may have.

4. An affidavit is notarized by definition (as opposed to just a signed statement)

Good luck. :)

Hey guys,I have an urgent question

I was about to submit my I-751 form to remove conditions on my residency. Received green card 2 years ago.....

And while I was on USCIS website I found this page on change in address for aliens. it said u have to report change in address within 10 days of moving anywhere within US. and i had no clue about this rule. Now i am filling my I-751 from new address where i moved 7 months ago! And sending my rental lease agreement as one of the evidences...And i changed my address online today as soon as i knew about this rule

Will there be an issue?

I also have a question along these same lines? The guidelines stated that as long as you can continue to receive mail at the permanent address, then we do not need to report temporary address changes, My wife and I kept her mother's address as our permanent mailing address since she will never move. We receive our UCIS mail there, but we have actually been living in another state, with 2 different addresses for the past 2 years, We thought this would be fine since we could receive mail at her mother's address, but now I am not so sure after reading this, and because all our evidence is for where we have been living, have we been breaking the law?
