Hello,

I applied I 130/I 485 (Concurrent filling) for my spouse.

I am an USC, he is on H1B.

We got the AOS interview date on DEC 17th, but unfortunately we need to travel out of country (family emergency), so we re scheduled.

From then onwards, we did not received the new interview date. Its almost 3 months.

I called USCIS ever 2 weeks, took 3 INFOPASS already. But no luck, just they want me to wait.

Any suggestions or advises please?

Noting much you can do but wait until your local office assigns you a new interview date. You can keep inquiring and get your congressperson and/or the Ombudsman involved if you feel like the wait is unreasonable on their part.

~ Moved from AOS from Family Based Visas to AOS from Work, Student & Tourist Visas ~
