Given a white paper that said "how to complete application by mail" is this a 221g ?

Any updates in the last few days ??

I've checked every few hours and still no change..

I know im probably still in the normal time frame but i really want it to atleast change frm AP

My fiancé Josh was there on the same day. He was also given that white paper and had to send in something (apparently Canada issues only divorce orders and you have to request divorce certificates, which is what the US needs).

He mailed it back in the same day. Our CEAC status says Administrative Processing, but the date first said March 9, and then changed to March 10 (the day Canada Post said his certificate was delivered).

When I emailed, they were very unhelpful, unfortunately.

I'm hoping we are not stuck in AP for awhile!

twice.. haha im on like 6 ...

im just so angry that this was totally not my fault and i had everything right but no.. i get a delay !

We also broke the rule, and i know i know im not supposed to book anything but my family is taking the time off to drive down with me so we had to pick a date, given others getting thier visas back quicker, i gave myself a month...

now im panicing that they're going to take forever to get it back to me and im going to have to re figure out everything !

We're in a similar place. I'm going to drive up to help him move down and we already made those plans. Hoping we don't have to change them again.

no, it changed to non immigrant ready and the cae creation date changed, says to check back in 2 business days !! But its not AP!!!!

i also just noticed that i replied so quickly that it lumped my complain with my excitment post haha .. speak of the devil i guess!!

If it changed to Ready today, it should update to Issued tomorrow. Congrats!

yay! Hpefully they got the hint with a few being sent back for rips that the thicker files need better envelopes!!

I know ive got a big file too so im dreading that being our next delay ..

If all goes as planned, i'll be leaving in 24 days, so an extra week for them to fix it isnt ideal ..

no. because im obsessive i checked CEAC again, and now it says AP but Non Immigrant .. thats normal right ? then it should go to final processing and issued ?

It sounds like they are in the process of printing your visa if it went from Ready back to AP.

Okay now i am not going to check again until tomorrow.. because evetually they're going to block me ... again haha a few days ag i went back so often i kept getting error after i tried too many times haha

Lol you're like me. I checked it probably every 15 minutes for 2 days straight until it changed. LOL
