affidavit of support attachments w/ lagos embassy

for the affivait of support , i plan on filing my k1 petition this august , by the time she does her interview stage i would need to send the i134 form signed with the attached docs (tax return , employment letter , w2 forms , other tax forms , bank statements , paystubs , employment awknowledgement letter)

i started my career job last year june 2015 since why i have my tax return for 2015 but dont have any for 2014 or 2013, do i need make a small cover letter saying this ? ive heard some embassys will ask for last 3 years of tax returns, but surely if they go over my attached docs especially the employment letter they see i started my career in 2015

thoughts? or do i have nothing to worry about ?

You can call the IRS, and they will send you the filing years you need. If you have no filing showing it will be stated on a letterhead from the IRS. THE documents are free, and are acceptepted by the NVC.

I only had one filing year, and the other years showed and stated NO RECORD of income tax filing.

ah okay makes sense i looked at the embassy website on the interview prep doc and it said "latest tax return" so i think ill be fine , i did my tax with h&r block very easy website thank god , so with your affidavit did you just staple everything with the form , did u have the things i mentioned ?

MY case was done by catholic charities. They told me what to bring and how to get it. I think he listed all that was included and placed them in a big envolope.
