Some of you might remember that our AOS interview was 'stained' because of a RFE for Medical Examination Supplement (Form I-693A). That was on August 30, 2006 and we sent the RFE in on November (I was on a bed rest from a complication in my pregnancy that's why it took us awhile just to be able to go get that done) to the Atlanta Office like we were told. Since we sent that until this very day we have not heard anything or receive anything from them. Nope, nada!

I tried calling them 3 times already. The first time was last January, they put me thru I think the Customer Service supervisor or something (stupid me I forget to ask her name!) who said she will put in some kind of a request to the Atlanta office and she said to call them back within 30-90 days, however she said "If I were you I'd call back in 30 days sharp!". So that's what I did. Second phone call (Feb 2007), they still couldn't give me any answers. Third phone call yesterday, what's funny is they didn't even know that there was an update on our case online on Feb 20th & he simply told me to make an infopass WTH????????

I wish it could be that simple. The Atlanta office is far and I have a 3 months old baby!

What the heck am I suppose to do now? Sorry for the rant guys I'm just so upset about this!

April 18, 2007 :Contacting our Congressman.
May 18, 2007 : E-mail rcvd, Welcome Notice Sent! Finally!!!
April 22, 2007 : E-mail rcvd, GC has been ordered
April 24, 2007 : Welcome Notice Rvcd. Yeeehaaa!!!!
June 1, 2007: GC arrived! Yippy! USCIS Free for 2 years!
2008: Moved to China
2009: Conditional GC Expired and Husband has been having affairs since 2008 in China. Can't file for ROC since he got laid off. He came to Jakarta to live with me and my parents. He got a new job. Life resume to normal or so I thought.
March 2010: Officially separated after yet more affairs exposed just a day after my birthday!

February 2011: Officially divorced.
June 18, 2011: He married the girl he had the last affair with.

August 2014: I am engaged with my real soulmate. Not an American.

Make an infopass appointment..... that is the only thing you can do.... sorry you are having lots of problems but infopass is they only way you are going to find out anything.... 3 month old babies are easy to travel with they sleep most of the time.... just takes a bit of planning thats all....

5/23/03: Justin arrives to visit me in IA from SK.
6/7/03: We got married!
8/23/03: Filed I-130 from SK
8/25/03: Phoned border guards & asked if J could escort me back to IA, yes.
8/26/03: Arrive in IA
8/27/03: Went to USCIS local office to ask if J could stay in the US and file papers, yes
2004: I-130 approved!
6/05: Filed AOS/EAD
7/2/05: Rec'd receipt for I-485
8/05: Rec'd RFE for Biometrics
9/9/05: Rec'd RFE for medical
12/2/06: EAD APPROVED!
12/5/06: EAD card rec'd
1/15/06: AOS interview date for 4/11/06 at 11:00 a.m.
4/11/06: APPROVED!!!!!! NO MORE USCIS FOR 10 YEARS!!! WOOHOO!!! 2016...seems more like a page # than a year. Haha.

Long time no see, sweetie. I didn't realize you had changed your nickname.

Sorry to hear you still haven't gotten an update ever since you sent in the med supp last year.

You really should seriously consider making an Infopass appointment. Make James babysit. :D

I know I'm so bad for not writing to you in such a long time. It's just mommyhood turn out to be very time consuming LOL.

Isn't it kinda funny that my baby already got his SSN while I'm still 'stuck'. Arrgh!

Yes, James and I talked about it again today and we agree if we still haven't heard anything until next month we will go to ATL.

I will definately write you tonight. "Little one" is not very little anymore and he's sleeping now (that's how I could get online) :lol:
