I-129 Denied -USCIS UPDATED EMAIL RECVD?

Can anyone tell me what this email means? I received it today about my case that was denied last Nov 2015 under 221G for not proving it was a bonafide relationship. A little backstory on this -

I wasn't present at the interview. After it was denied I did reach out to my congresswoman to see if there was anything that could be done. Which we all know there isn't once a Fiance Visa is denied.

So I refiled a new petition with even more evidence including information on the denial reason (something very stupid) also I plan to be present for the interview this time around. (If I had only known before hand it would of been approved if I was present).

SO this basically means I will get my denial letter soon? Is that correct? Or is this because I filed the new petition and my congresswoman is involved in the new petition as well, meaning she already put an inquiry in on the new one telling them she wants to be updated on my case?

I just want to know if the below email basically means I will be getting the denial letter soon?

You can file I-129F once in two years (or file with a waiver). We did it second time after two years of 1rst noa2, and we approved second time.
