Hey guys!

This is probably a common asked question but I couldn't find much. My fiancé and I filed in the I-129F in January. Today I checked my Case Status and it said we got a RFE (additional) mailed to us.

Does this just mean they want MORE evidence? More Skype logs? Whatsapp logs? We met 3,5 years ago on a chatsite/gaming (no datingsite lol) and I flew in twice in Philadelphia and Ohio instead of Nashville to take the car down Tennessee because I wanted to see more of the States. I know you can never say anything surely until we receive the receipt but what is the most common they ask for with a RFAE? I know this doesn't mean rejection and if you just send them what they ask for, you'll get approved soon but I'm stressing out lol. It'll probably be all fine. I'm just curious what's the most common things they ask for?

Thanks in advance!

Edit: We did send in 12+ pages of evidence but I think not enough logs from 2014 :\

Could be anything, maybe even a forgotten signature.

Do this, review your check list of all you sent, could of forgot something, maybe passport pics attached to back of 325G form, or pics of you with him.

Your RFE will come, and I bet you say "Ohhh that's what I forgot" it will be fine, patience till the RFE comes in the mail.

AOS in the USA.

Thanks for the comments! We both think it's probably something we forgot, at least something small. As far as we seen, we send so many Skype and Whatsapp logs and photos, tickets etc in, We don't think it could be not enough evidence but it's still immigration and they can think otherwise. We'll see next week, I'll update here ASAP.

I don't think it'll be the evidence as long as you have showed you have met within the two years which I'm sure you have.

Yes, please update. I'm sure its something small and you'll get your approval shortly after you have responded :)

We see each other three times a year, three weeks with every visit. So I don't think it's the evidence. It might be because I "accidentally" (" " because it's stupid I know lol) send in my Dutch format passport style photo's instead of my American passport style photo's or missed signature.

We'll see! Keeping positive, at least they've seen our case! Good luck on any who are still waiting and you too :)
