It would be beneficial to you to go read the consulate reviews for Morocco to determine what types of questions are asked.

First of all they ask everything including what color is her house, what books does she read

Be prepared for a long list of questions and a denial

morocco rarely approves K 1

i am sorry no one advised you of the difficulties before so you could have married and applied CR 1

when you go to interview, do not let what i say discourage you, go with confidence, be prepared to answer quickly, and precisely, do not elaborate on the answer or hesitate

do not smile at interview (many do and the CO will say, you smile, you lie)

know everything about her, her family, her living conditions, her education

prepare yourself for every incident

took us 6 years to get our visa

took our freind 7

i wish you the best

incha allah

allah yessir

i pray you get visa

just be prepared to answer foolish questions

sometimes they ask only 4 or 5 and deny

a few get approved

if you have to marry in morocco, write to us as we can cut the time down by telling you the steps to marry and asome advise like sending documents ahead to have them translated before her visit

it took us 3 and a half weeks to do the marriage license as i did not send any documents ahead

Just be honest during your interview. If you don't know the answer, don't make things up. I know plenty of people in Morocco that were approved on K1 visas, including my husband. Every case is different so don't be discouraged by what others say.

Marriage visas tend to make the process longer if your spouse does not live in Morocco with you.
