please can someone help me out. my husband's case has been with nvc for 6 months now because of police certificates which I finally submitted and was notified they received it on Feb 1st 2016. they said it will take them 30 days to review and I have been calling they keep telling me I should wait for 45days. I'm confused and frustrated right now. please I advice on what to do next.

wait another week and a half, if you do not get CC during that time, then call and you will likely be put on supervisor review-which can take up to 60 days

Same thing as regular review, they check your documents, except it can take up to 60 days

Hi everyone

filing date: november04,2015

Noa2 : March09,2016

my case was just approved on March 9,2016 thanks god . I'm waiting for the approval notice.

I just need some informations about visa bulletin , I just found out the visa bulletin they are working on is August 2014 , can anyone tell me how time takes from nvc to contact me to send me The Welcome letter . Is there anyone here from morocco ????

So is that mean my visa is no current and I have to wait 2 years and then NVC will start the visa process OMG i just flipped

Hi im isaac my PD is 16/8/11 and on catigory FB2...base on the new improvement of visa bulletin which is publishing two chat every month....which is the application for final action and date for filing..the DOS did publish on thier website that april visa bulletin for family based should base on DATE FOR FILING APPLICATION ..so is it possilble 2011 petitioners will be current next year...thank you

oh lord case is on supervisor review starting today. please can someone one advice me on what to do next. they said it might take another 42days to be reviewed. please I need your advice. thanks

Hi everyone

on 9 March 2015, we received the approval notice from uscis my PD is 4November 2015.

My husband told me that NVC call him yesterday they ask him for his income and they told him that he has to get an insurance for me ??? ?

The problem is when we verify the W2 his gross pay is about 19.896 per year !!!!!!!

And the minimum requirement is 20.025 in the property ...!!!

So that means my husband can't sponsor me alone , he start working another job but just in his free time can he put this also to complete his income in the paper or not ???:?? Please I need help

Hello there....PD 16/811 and also in the F2B category...i wanna know when exactly will i start to hear from the NVC to start my paper works? is it a year before my PD becomes current or exactly the year my PD becomes current?thank you
