DCF fees from I-130 to finish, Manila ?

I've searched this in several places and only see incomplete answers.

Could someone who has either done it or defiantly knows please post a breakdown of the DCF fees?

We've paid the $420 for I-130 filling.

The DS-260, $325 which we were told to pay at the consulate but remember it being considerably less when filled on-line where they would not except payment. "All payments go to the consulate".

I've read the I-864 is $120, I also read there is no charge for it if DCF?

The medical is $250.

If someone could post a breakdown of actual fees from beginning to end and when they are paid I think it will help many of us filling DCF in Manila.

Nice page but I don't see any mention of fees except "Approximate cost, USD $945"

I'd like to know exact costs and when they are expected to be paid.

From posts I've seen I know others would like this info also.

Initial filing - $420

Medical - Php 11,300 (listed in peso since they don't accept dollars anyway)

At the time of the interview - $325

Green card - $165

There are no fees for the I-864 since we directly filed at the consulate.

It can be paid before you leave the Philippines, or shortly after arrival in the US. However USCIS strongly suggests the former.

I did some more research myself and like everything else find conflicting answers.

Regardless I hope they will allow me to pay it the day of our interview.

I had heard there was a fee at the POE?

That is where my thinking about where you pay for your "green card" comes from.

I was also just looking at the cost for the ECC, about p3,800.

Being a new permanent resident still waiting for my now late new 5 year ACR card and Visa stamp (already paid for) for my New passport (my old one was only valid for another 18 months). Another mess to figure out.

"If you receive your immigrant visa on or after February 1, 2013, you must pay the USCIS Immigrant Fee to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) after you receive your immigrant visa and before you travel to the United States.

Important Notice: USCIS will not issue a Permanent Resident Card (Form I-551 or Green Card) until you have paid the fee."

Seems like that statement contradicts itself..
