hello i have a question, i am filing the for AOS on my wife...i am sponsoring my foreign wife,,i work for my sister on her horse farm where i make 500 dollars a week, she just pays me in a personnal check and i have been doing this for 3 months and will make my income that way for a long time to come..i make above the required income amount on the i864 but will the uscis accept this form of income and if yes what evidence wouls i need to show the...i also have 20 grand in the bank..it is all i have and cannot get a co sponsor or another persons income, how could i make this work for uscis approval...thank you

So you are not an actual employee of your sister, and will not receive a W-2? If that is the case, then you are considered self-employed, and a tax return showing your Total Income would be needed as the main proof of your income for the I-864. You will most likely need to use a joint sponsor.
